Olga Freer was born in Moscow, Russia and relocated to the United Kingdom when she was 19. She has degrees in Economics and Law and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London (specialising in Acquisitions, Commercial Law and Public Companies and Equity Finance). Part of her training contract was with Boodle Hatfield, one of the oldest law firms in the UK. She was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2014. Olga spent over 10 years at Tulloch & Co., where she qualified, a boutique law firm in London, specialising in private equity and venture capital and cross-border corporate matters.

Olga has been based in Switzerland since 2016. She worked in a Liechtenstein fiduciary firm and one of the largest Swiss private banks before joining Howard Rosen Solicitors in February 2022. She is fluent both in English and Russian.

Olga is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in England and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (fully qualified TEP). She is also admitted to practice in the Republic of Ireland and as a registered European lawyer locally. In addition, she is a member of the Bar Association of the Canton of Zug.
